Restocking Fee Damages & Product Excellence GuaranteeEvery product you buy from this site must be free of defects or you may return it immediately. For damaged items, you must call toll free 1-888-381-8700 or Email House to Home Ideas within 48 hours of receipt of product. You will then be issued an RGA (returned goods authorization) number. A replacement will be sent and charged to your credit card. Once the damaged product is received back you will be refunded your initial purchase. House to Home Ideas will pay for picking up the damaged item. If the item is received and there is no damage you only receive a refund on the initial product cost (initial shipping will not be refunded). If you do not contact House to Home Ideas for a RGA number you will be subject to paying initial shipping charges plus return shipping charges. Returns & Customer Satisfaction GuaranteeIf the product is not to your satisfaction you have seven (7) days to
return the merchandise in its original packaging. You must call

Home Ideas to receive your RMA (returned merchandise authorization)
number. You are responsible for return shipping charges. If you do
not contact House to Home Ideas for a RMA number you will also be responsible
for paying a 15% restocking fee on the product price (not shipping rate). Once the product is received,
in good condition, with the RMA information, you will be refunded for the
product(s) (original shipping not refundable). You will be reimbursed for the product(s)
using your original method of payment (i.e. credit card, check, etc.). If an item is personalized or custom (such as painted and stained furniture) we do not offer returns. Some items that are shipped to you directly from the crafter require a 15% restocking fee to return. Item numbers beginning with OP, and TN are an example that have a 15% restocking fee. Hand-Painted Items or Hand-Crafted ItemsHand-painted or hand-crafted items may vary slightly in color when compared to photographed samples shown in this catalog.
